Mobile Habitation Checks and Servicing for Caravans, Campervans and Motorhomes
Looking for a professional habitation service for your caravan, campervan or motorhome? TOPO Leisure provides mobile habitation servicing to help you check the condition and safety of your vehicle's living area and onboard systems.
A habitation service typically involves inspecting relevant gas, electrical, water and ventilation systems, along with checks for damp and water ingress within the agreed scope of the inspection.
Whether you own a touring caravan, a converted campervan or a motorhome, regular habitation servicing can help identify potential problems early and give you a clearer understanding of your vehicle's condition.
Our mobile service makes arranging your habitation check more convenient, without the hassle of travelling to a workshop.

Additional Information
A habitation service focuses on the living accommodation and relevant onboard systems of your leisure vehicle. Depending on the vehicle and the service provided, checks may include:
- Gas systems and appliances: Appropriate inspection and testing of installed gas equipment.
- Electrical systems: Checks of relevant onboard electrical installations and equipment.
- Water systems: Inspection of accessible pipes, fittings, pumps and water systems.
- Damp inspection: Moisture checks to help identify potential water ingress.
- Ventilation: Inspection of relevant ventilation provisions.
- Living area and fittings: Checks of applicable fixtures, fittings and onboard equipment.
The exact checks depend on your vehicle and installed equipment. A habitation service is separate from a mechanical vehicle service or MOT.
